  1. All Sales Final: Due to the unique and personalized nature of our custom jewelry pieces, all sales are final unless one of the following conditions is met:

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

  3. Incorrect Orders: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and if necessary, provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

  4. Exceptions: Certain circumstances may warrant exceptions to our all-sales-final policy, such as extenuating circumstances or errors on our part. We reserve the right to evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis.

  5. Customized Items: Please note that items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

  7. Refunds and Credits: Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. For store credits, they will be issued electronically and can be used towards future purchases.
