Our Shipping Policy

All customized items require 1-2 weeks for production at this time.

Our turnaround time serves as an estimation, acknowledging the unpredictable influx of orders throughout each day. These items are meticulously handcrafted by our skilled staff, demanding considerable time and attention to detail. Upon completion, inspection, and packaging of your item, an automated email will promptly dispatch, furnishing you with tracking information.

Standard Shipping is facilitated through USPS First Class Mail, while Expedited Shipping is entrusted to DHL or FedEx, selecting the swiftest option available.

Expedited shipping, however, does not encompass expedited production, as each product necessitates meticulous manufacturing. Expedited orders are accorded priority and are promptly queued for production.

The Process:

Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be dispatched. You are granted a 24-hour window to effect any changes or cancellations to your order; no alterations can be entertained once production initiates.

Following the 24-hour processing period, we ensure continual updates via email. Notifications will be issued upon completion of design, commencement of production, initiation of quality testing, and readiness for packing and shipping.

Tracking Page access enables you to monitor the status of your items at any juncture. Upon shipping, another email, inclusive of shipping confirmation and tracking details, will be transmitted, allowing seamless tracking until delivery.

Notice: 4EvaGrand reserves the prerogative to ship orders collectively or individually.

Shipping Rates:

Domestic shipments are complimentary for orders surpassing $49. Opting for expedited shipping may entail additional charges. Domestic shipments are typically routed through USPS for tracking and delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Kindly note that diverse variables influence delivery times. Orders are dispatched within the stipulated time frames delineated on each product page. Personalized and handcrafted items typically require 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Post-shipment, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

International:

Standard International shipments are dispatched via the most economical channels, contingent upon location. Standard international orders typically entail a delivery period of 3-4 weeks for personalized items. Expedited Shipping options, facilitated by DHL & FedEx, are available during checkout.
